TSSM’s Bhivarabai Sawant College of Engineering and Research (BSCOER) has been established in the year 2010 under the banner of The Shetkari Shikshan Mandal, the sister concerned of Jayawant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (JSPM). It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, recognized by Government of Maharashtra (Director of Technical Education, DTE) and affiliated to University of Pune.

Presently the Institute is offering five undergraduate courses, two post graduate courses and two diploma level courses. The institute has highly qualified and experienced faculty. The Institute has well equipped modern laboratories with the state of the art infrastructure.
