Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Law College was established in the year-2001 under the patronage of Dr. P. D. Patil, Chairman.
Library : Our Objective is to serve the students, faculty and research scholars for the furtherance of academic excellence in our college.
The best part of the college facility is the Library. It is the soul of our Institution. The library plays very important role in all academic activities and more so in law institutions. Keeping in view the aims and objectives of the Law College, our library has been planned and is being developed by a team of professional library staff and guided by the Library Committee. It consists of large number of books including a wide range of general and special subjects consisting of text books, reference books, journals and reports and legal periodicals. The library is well equipped with computer lab and internet facility.
Medical Facilities: Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil has a 500 bed hospital with all modern amenities and equipments. It is located in the Medical College campus. It provides health care facilities by various experts belonging to different streams like Allopathy, Homeopathy, Ayurved, etc.
Hostel Facility
The Vidya Pratishthan has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls in the vicinity of the college building. The hostels are well furnished, airy, and with round the clock security. There is a mess and canteen facility attached to the hostel. Besides, there are private rooms available on rental basis near the college campus at affordable rates. Thus, students have awide choice for accommodation.
