The IBSS College of Engineering, Amravati was established in 2008, in the aegis of Honorable Dr.Rajendraji Gode. He is renowned doctor and educationalist, also the Ex. Minister of Home and Industry, Maharashtra State.
Library : The institute has well stacked library with a selected collection of over 14646 volumes .The institute has rich collection of books and periodicals, which may focus on the courses provided by the college. Apart from this the college also subscribes to more than 52 national & 31 International Journals, popular magazines, CDs, E-Journals (J-Gate), E-Books(IEEE Science Direct,J-Gate,ASMF,ASCE,ASTM,McGraw Hill,Willey Black Well) reference books such as dictionaries, Encyclopedias etc. .
Placement Cell:The basic function of the cell is to interact with the Corporate World for campus placements of Pre-final and Final year students. This cell works out placement strategies based on current as well as further job markets and takes into account the emerging job profile so that these may provide upward mobility in the career-graphs of our students.
