International Institute of Information Technology (I2IT, pronounced as I Square IT), formerly known as Hope Foundation and Research Centre is registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950 and the Societies Registration Act, 1860 as a Public Charitable Trust and a Society respectively. It was established by Mr. P. P. Chhabria, Chairman of Finolex Group of Industries and well known philanthropist of India, and the past President of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (MCCIA).The Institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi; recognized by Directorate for Technical Education (DTE), Govt. of Maharashtra; and affiliated to University of Pune. Currently, the Institute offers Bachelor of Engineering (B. E.) courses in Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer, and Information Technology. The Institute is also recognized Research Centre under Faculty of Engineering, University of Pune for undertaking Ph. D. degree research in the above fields.

Library:
The Institute has well stocked physical library as well as digital library with electronic access to the digital libraries of some of the professional organizations/publishers such as Science Direct, J-Gate, ASTM, etc. The library has collection of textbooks, journals, bound volumes, CDs and annual reports etc. in the various fields of engineering, management and literature. The library is automized through SOUL 2.0 software.
Computing facilities: The Institute has very good computing facilities and Internet connectivity.
Hostel Facility
Institute has separate hostels inside the campus for boys and girls, viz. Nalanda and Mithila, with spacious rooms (triple/double/single occupancy options). Each room has washbasin/mirror and attached bathroom/toilet. All the rooms are properly lighted and ventilated, and furnished with separate beds, study tables, chairs, steel cupboards, dustbins, etc.
