Punjab Institute of Management & Technology, Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab was established in 1997 - "the oldest management & IT Institute of this region". Over the decade, institute has transformed into the Center of Excellence and is imparting Quality Technical Education.
Digitized Library: Pride of institute is the most modern digitized library which houses large volume of books in the areas of Management and Information Technology. Library is fully air conditioned and is a hub around where all academic activities of the Institute revolve. It also houses reprographic facilities. The library subscribes to national and international journals.
Hi-Tech Computer Labs: The institute has state of the art computing and hardware infrastructure and laboratories. Wide variety of licensed Microsoft software consisting of latest web development tools, data base tools, RDBMS Oracle 9i, SQL server 2000, Windows 2007, Windows 2008 server, multimedia and office automation tools etc.
Cafeteria: Cafeteria-the junction for many discussions, games and fun is the quintessential part of PIMT life. The institute runs a delectable treat for the students in shape of a healthy and hygienic canteen. Not only the food is very delicious but also with the continuous food monitoring, the students do not have to worry about their hunger pangs.
Medical Aid Centre: The institute is very particular about the health of students. Regular medical check-ups are organized for this purpose. Institute has a medical check-up centre where doctor is available. For specialized medical attention or for urgent medical attention during off working hours, the institute has tied up with expert doctors of this region.

The college has a placement cell to look after students' Industrial Training, Placement / Campus Interview etc. It maintains good relations with the industry, inviting industrial groups for campus interviews, getting feedback on our student’s performance etc. It also organizes personality development programs, inviting industry experts for visiting the campus etc. It assists our students in getting vacation training and outgoing students in placement.
