B.Sc. Nautical Science | Diploma in Nautical Science

1 .	B.Sc. Nautical Science
	Eligibility Pass in HSC / (10+2) from a Recognized Broad with 60% Average in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.; Compulsory: 50% in English Subject either in 10th or 12th Standard
	Duration 3 years
	Other Details Between 17 and 25 years only as on 01.08.2012. For SC / ST Candidates age limit is relaxable by 5 years. Eye Sight : No Color Blindness, 6 / 6 Vision in each eye. No Eye Glasses permitted.

2 .	Diploma in Nautical Science
	Eligibility Pass in HSC / (10+2) from a Recognized Broad with 55% Average in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. (or) B.Sc., in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Electronics with Physics as individual subject in one of the years with an average of not less than 50% marks in the Final year. (or) B.E (or) B.Tech., Degree from a College Recognized by AICTE.
	Duration 1 year
	Admission Procedure Admission for this course is done by the Indian Maritime University, Chennai through Single Window counseling. Students have to appear in the CET conducted by IMU and shall appear for the counseling.
