Shri Balasaheb Mane Shikshan Prasarak Mandal has it’s registered office at Ambap, Tal . Hatkanangle, District kolhapur . It is privately supported. The primary objectives of the institute are to provide and promote pharmaceutical education to the student from rural area.Shri Balasaheb Mane Shikshan Prasarak Mandal has started Diploma Course in Pharmacy with intake capacity of forty in the year 1992-93
The institute is well equipped with four Laboratories.
The computer department is well equipped with computer and number of books, journals. Students can study then computer education through various courses which are conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Examination, Mumbai.
The institute has enriched library with 8000 volume and 15 periodicals costing about Rs.10 lacks. Reading rooms for students has a capacity for 100 students. Separate library building is planned for future expansion.
Institute has a separate section for training and placement of student. After completion of training, students have to register themselves with Maharashtra state pharmacy council, Mumbai.Every year Institute arranges “Campus Interview” for reputed pharmaceutical companies.
