Apex Polytechnic Institute was established by Sanjay Shiksha Samiti (An Education Society Regd. Under S.R.Act.(1958) with an objective to bridge/reduce the growing gap between demand and supply of trained professionals with firm belief in the core human values of compassion, honesty and righteousness. The Institute is approved by. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and it is affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education, Johdpur & Board of Technical Education, Jodhpur. Apex Polytechnic Institute provides healthy educational environment that fosters innovation and enthusiasm in students. The ultimate aim and object of the Institute is to become one of the top 10 National level Technical Institutions in the country. The Institute’s aims and objectives are to develop an innovative approach to the presentation of instruction materials and also to encourage Faculty development and enhancement of research and consultancy efforts through information networking.
The Institute has an excellent library having around more than 15000 latest books of eminent authors on engineering/technology and other related fields. API has established fully air conditioned excellent computing facilities in technical collaboration with world leader in Information Technology. API is equipped with a wide range of teaching aids to enhance the presentation of lectures, seminars & other academic exercises. It comprises of OHP, VCR, TV set, microphone system, CD Player & LCD Projector.
Hostel Facility
API has spacious & well furnished separate Hostel for girls and boys with boarding and lodging facilities. The rooms are spacious, airy and offer congenial atmosphere for academic development of students. Two/Three seaters rooms are available. API Hostel has hygienic mess and canteen where nutritious and balanced diet is provided to the students. All efforts are made to ensure a homely and healthy atmosphere
Scholarship Facility
Several awards and scholarship are designed to motivate the students to continuously strive for excellence in all fields. The awards and scholarships are presented / awarded at a glittering ceremony on the annual function day.
The process starts with interaction with different organisations of repute who select Engineering students from premier/reputed technical institutions regularly. For this purpose the Institute maintains a database of the organisations where our students are placed for summer training. Further, every year we progressively add the names of new organisations those are Interested in allowing our students to undertake summer training in their organisations.
