MIT School of Business (MIT-SOB),an institute under the umbrella of MIT Group Of Institutions, Pune.
Class rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-video aids. All classrooms in the institute have ceiling mounted LCDs. Most of the classrooms have a capacity of 100 students.
Computer Lab:MIT-SOB houses a centrally air-conditioned computer laboratory with 180 Pentium IV dedicated workstations networked with two servers. Every Student has his own laptop(Issued by the Institute) to work with. Students have 24-hour free Internet access. In addition to this, the e-campus at MIT, Pune, with 800 computers is directly linked with MIT-SOB network with a dedicated lease line Internet connection with a bandwidth of 2 MBPS.
Library:The library has a collection of more than 11705 books on management. It subscribes for number of national and international journals/magazines. It has also subscribed for Electronic online full text journals of EBSCO, CMIE. It is automated/computerized and also has collections of CD's audio/video cassettes, and projection system. Besides this, MIT-SOB students also have an access to MIT Library, World Peace Center Library and British Council Library.
