SCOETR ( Sinhgad College of Education, Training and Research, (Co-Ed-B.Ed.), Vadgaon(Bk.), Pune-41) is established in the year 2006. It is affiliated to University of Pune, Pune, and it is approved by N.C.T.E..
The College has all infrastructure requirements in its premise with five classrooms, three labs, one auditorium, one library hall, one reading room, one seminar room, staff-room with cabins, Principal’s office with ante-chamber and an administrative office room, five sanitation blocks. Also have hostel facility and health service facilities. Playgrounds of its own for games and sports activities.
Laboratory: computer laboratory well equipped with various accessories hardwares and software.
Library:The college library is a high standard. The total number of books in the library is near about 8000 including B.Ed. and D.Ed. Our Library is well arranged with properly sorted books, periodicals and other non-book material – maps (Political, outline, etc.), black-board, globes, and educational instruments (compass), photos of eminent persons, etc. and also big, properly ventilated Reading Room is attached to the library. The library contains text books on ‘Education’ as well as other subjects, reference books (Dictionaries, Encyclopedias on different subjects, etc.) and general books.
