Maratha Vidya Prasarak's Guruvarya Mamasaheb Dandekar Arts, Bhagwantrao Waje Commerce and Science College, Sinnar (G.M.D. Arts, B.W. Com. and Science College) was established in June 1969.
The college has well furnished classrooms, laboratories, computer laboratories, seminar halls/conference halls, and discussion rooms in academic block. Seminar halls/conference halls are also shared by other departments whenever required. Central Library is accessible to all departments. Audio-visual aids like LCD, OHP, computers, and public address system are available in college.
