Vikas Educational Society committed to social upliftment accepted this challenge which resulted in genesis of Ludhiana College of Engineering and Technology (LCET) in the year 2002. LCET is approved by All India Council for Technical Education & Govt. of Punjab and affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar

LCET possess modern classrooms, laboratories, workshops & drawing halls well equipped with latest audio visual aids, state of the art instruments & equipments with 24 hours high speed 25 Mbps internet facility for students and faculty. Beside this, the college has conference halls, assembly halls, Auditorium & GD rooms for organizing seminars, workshops, symposia for development of the students.
Library LCET Library is one of the best equipped in terms of the number of books, back vol umes and current journals subscribed. The Library is fully computerized . In order to make the environment more users- friendly and conducive for learning, the library is fully air-conditioned with basic amenities available inside. The library has a vast collection of over 28000 volumes and still growing. All the students, faculty and employees of the Institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities on taking Library membership. The library is also providing DELNET facility for online access to variousiournals and books.
Transportation LCET has inculcated a sense of security especially in girl students by providing pick and drop facility from all corners of Ludhiana and nearby towns /villages to the college campus. For this purpose, LCET has a fleet of new and comfortable buses at highly affordable rates on subsidized basis.

LCET CTP Cell is devoted to cater to the needs of organizations in conducting campus interviews for placements.
