The institute established in the year 2010, is a self financing institute of Sitapur Shiksha Sansthan (Trust),Sitapur and is approved by C.O.A, AICTE and affiliated to Gautam Buddha Technical University , Lucknow.
The institute houses spacious Studios, Library, Workshop, Survey and Leveling Lab, Model Making room. It has a Computer Laboratory having the required number of computers of latest configuration. The library of the institute has huge collection of books including magazines,national and international journals, and architectural books of foreign writers as well as Indian writers. The institute has also setup a photography lab with standard equipments.

Separate hostels for girls and boys – Vartika Girls Hostel and Dilip Boys Hostel are located within walking distance from the academics blocks.
