The Chotanagpur Law College is not a mere building – all concrete, iron, stone, bricks and mortar. It is much more than a material and physical reality. It was created by the devotion and zeal, the self-sacrifice and generosity of Late Barrister S. K. Sahay and men and women who gave their all for the best education of the people of this tribal region. Faith, hope and love have gone into its making; discipline, scholarship and service are its adornments. Chotanagpur Law College give India loyal, devoted and productive law abiding citizens. The Chotanagpur Law College makes a preferential option for the marginalised and it seeks to give an all-round formation, inculcating both human and spiritual values. Chotanagpur Law College is only a part of the vast educational efforts in India. The College was established in the year 1954 and was first affiliated to the Bihar University and thereafter the Ranchi University, Ranchi.
Auditorium : The College has its own Auditorium Hall built up in 4500 sq.ft. in the college campus with complete Hi-tech facilities such as Audio-Visual, wi-fi and projector with screen and very good sitting arrangements.
Library : The College Library is built up in 3000 sq ft. having sound space and good sitting with proper lighting and sun light arrangements and internet facility vis-à-vis very good book keeping arrangements in order to alphabetic manner.
Moot Court Hall: The College has Moot Court Hall built up in apx. 1000 sq.ft in the campus with complete sitting arrangements, internet facility, Photocopier machine, computers, Printer etc.
