The Department of Banking Technology came into existence in the year 2005-06.

The Department has a well-equipped computer laboratory with the necessary software and hardware to catalyze the learning process of students. The lab is connected to internet which allows students to enrich knowledge round the clock.

Some of the flag-ship companies where our students are placed include RBI, TCS, HCL Technologies, Caritor, Satyam Computers, Ramco Infotech, IDBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Cholamandalam Finance, IndusInd Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, etc.
