The Noble Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) is a non profit making body. This was the brainchild of global leaders of acclaim from Government and Corporate Sector. These top professionals had vision to create an illustrious institute that stands for quality and committed Technical and Management education. The unique philosophy of NIST, since its inception in 2001, lays special emphasis on being reasonable and fair with the flexibility to be competitive in today's environment.
NIST has a specialized library which is continuously updated to expose the students to modern trends and concepts of technology and management . Besides the books , the library also subscribe to many professional journals and business magazines.IT and management related audio and video cassettes are available for both in-house and in-home use.
The computer center at NIST is equipped with two Windows NT servers and one LINUX Server, 300 nodes with Windows 98/XP interconnected through Ethernet based LAN. Steps are being taken to fully automate the various activities of the institute like Academic Administration, Library, Administration, Finance, Placement and Management Development Programme.
Hostel Facility
The institute has fully furnished separate modern hostel facility for both men and women students within the campus with 24X7 security arrangements.
NIST Training and Placement Cell plays a critical role in orienting students as per industry needs. It prepares students for the process of recruitment and simultaneously creates awareness among companies about the recruitment opportunities at NIST. Potential recruiters are given structural support for scheduling interviews, hosting seminars, group discussions and written test.
