The CEF College was established in the year 2006, with a dream of providing education to a vast majority of people. It is founded by Mr.Partha chatterjee , son of Mr. Parimal Chatterjee,Mr. PARTHA CHATTERJEE is a famous sportsman & a social worker as well. He wants to spread education among the literate and illiterate person in West Bengal and all over India as well. Our only objective is to make his dream true. CEF College has come into being with an aim to drive out illiteracy from our country .The major portion of citizens of our country ( near about 35%) is still illiterate so our main target is to enlighten them by offering them quality education with the help of our most efficient teachers and professors of several renowned schools and colleges.
