VNS was established and registered in 1994 under the M.P. Societies Registration Act (Reg. No. 26510 dated 25th December, 1994). Promoters of VNS group are acknowledged business people having ventures in the areas of mining of iron-ore, manganese and bauxite, construction, refractory manufacturing and daily newspaper publishing. VNS group is committed towards promoting quality education and research oriented activities through dynamic linkages with industry.

Auditorium:State- of- the- Art Multi purpose Auditorium with sitting capacity of 1200. The auditorium is acoustically designed with all ultra modern amenities.
Transportation: VNS has more than 20 college buses plying from every corner of the city of Bhopal and from Vidisha, Sehore and Mandideep too.
Hostel Facility
The college has affiliation with separate hostels for boys & girls at prime locations in the city with all facilities available.
Scholarship Facility
Scholarship is provided to the students belonging to reserved class (SC/ST/OBC) as per rules and regulations of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.
The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell at VNS Group facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students.
