Bharathiar University : School of Mathematics and Statistics - Department of Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics was established in 1978 as the Department of Applied Mathematics in the erstwhile Post Graduate Centre of University of Madras.

NBHM have a good collection of foreign books in our library. It has an international standard smart class room facility to give lectures and seminars. The Department has an air conditioned computer lab with workstation. It also provides 24 hour internet facilities to all the faculty members and research scholars.
