Visvesvaraya Technological University is named after notable Indian engineer, scholar, statesman and the recipient of highest honour ‘Bharata Ratna’ Sir. M. Visvesvaraya. VTU is an institution that is rich in history, academic excellence, and leadership.
Library:University library continued to be the hub of all research and academic activities of VTU and played significant role in facilitating creation and dissemination of knowledge. It is continuing to evolve and is using new technologies to expand their presence as vertical knowledge centers for information sharing communities.
