Mount Royal College is established and managed by Center for Advanced Learning Research and Development, registered under Kerala Scientific Literary and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955, Government of Kerala, Munnar Catering College and Royal Community College are established and managed by Thachankary Foundation – a Trust governed by Indian Trust Act, 1882 and promoted by Royal Group of Companies - a multi facetted conglomerate engaged in Education, Aviation, Shipping, Advertising, Plantation, Communication, Hotel, Resorts, Travel & Tourism Industries. The International Campus of Munnar Catering College and Royal Community College are located at 6500 ft. above sea level in Thachankary Hills, Sooryanelli, Munnar, Kerala. The facilities of the College include helipad, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, gymnasium, indoor stadium, cricket pitch, amphi theatre, modern hostels etc. Royal Community College has also got a campus in the suburbs of Cochin at a picturesque village (Royal Village) located in a verdant island 16 kms from Kochi airport and 12 kms from Ernakulam Railway Station. Accessible both by road and by island waterway.
The residential campus for indoor and outdoor activities which include basketball, volley ball and shuttle courts, a high-tech gymnasium with specialty equipment, jumbo sized sauna and steam bath, state of the art swimming pool with Jacuzzi, fully stocked library, modern class rooms and above all a functional helipad to name a few

Separate well-furnished hostels for boys and girls inside the campus itself, both directly run by the college.
