Al Azhar Training College

Having started to function in 2005, Al Azhar Training College (BEd), managed by Noorul Islam Trust, is recognised by the Government of Kerala, and affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The college offers Bachelor of Education programme to students interested in pursuing teaching as a career. B.Ed is the mandatory certification required for anyone keen on taking up teaching as a profession. Al Azhar Training College has competent faculty members, both well-experienced and highly qualified enough to equip the students to attain the professional heights they aspire for.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION:College have a fully equipped health & physical resource centre, it provides ample opportunity for student to indulge in indoor and outdoor sports activities.
Library:There shall be Library-cum-reading room with seating capacity of 50% students equipped with 1600 titles and 4765 Books including Text and Reference books relevant to the course study,Educational Encyclopedias,Year Books ,Electronics publication(CD-ROMs) online resources ,Refereed journals on education etc.
PSYCHOLOGY Laboratory:we have established a Psychology Laboratory in the College. Verbal, non-verbal and performance tests are available in the lab. Students are given practical sessions to familiarize themselves with various psychological tests and obtain practical skills in their administration, scoring and interpretation.
Educational Technology Laboratory:The Audio-Visual Laboratory is equipped with Over Head Projector, 16-mm Projector, Slide Projectors, Radio, Public Address System, Television, CD-ROM Collection,Camera, etc.
Language Laboratory:Intel Pentuim based systems, audio-visual equipments and latest ETNL Language Lab softwares provided the infrastructure for our Language Lab.
