N. S. S. College, Manjeri is a Govt. Aided Arts & Science College of Nair Service Society. The College is affiliated to University of Calicut and Accredited by NAAC with ‘B’ Grade and is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in Malappuram District.The college is owned and managed by the Nair Service Society which considers education as a social service.
At present this college offers eight Under Graduate courses and three Post Graduate courses. A strong faculty comprising 44 teachers, sixty percent of whom are Research Degree holders manages the teaching and learning process.
Library :Library and reading room The college has a centralized library with a full time librarian and supporting staff. The library has a central section, a reference section and a section for periodicals.
Lab: A computer lab with a full time instructor is functioning under the IT club. The club aims on acquiring 100% computer literacy to all the students and staff of the College. Broadband Internet as well as DTP facilities are available to members at subsidized rates.
Canteen:A college canteen functions in the campus. Meals in the noon and other refreshments are available in the canteen to students and staff at concessional rates
