Govt. Arts and Science College, Kondotty, started in 2013 as per GO.(m.s) No.565/13/H.E.D dt:17/08/2013 is located in a remote village called Vilayil which is about 12 KMs away from Kondotty town and 15 KMs far from the Calicut International Airport. It is affiliated to the University of Calicut, is offering five degree programs including two conventional degrees and three job oriented new generation programs . There are, at present, five major departments offering programs leading to graduation in Functional English, Mathematics, Urdu with Computer application and Multi –lingual DTP and Tourism and Hotel Management.
