The Moulana Institute of Nursing was founded in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, under the aegis of the Moulana Charitable Trust in 2002 and is promoted by the Moulana Hospital, a Super Specialty Referral Hospital with modern facilities and services. The Moulana Institute of Nursing is approved by the Government of Kerala, Indian Nursing Council and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council, Trivandrum and is affiliated to the Kerala University of Health & Allied Sciences (KUHAS).The college is located near the Angadippuram Railway Station by the side of the Palakkad - Kozhikode Highway, and lies at a distance of 2 Km from the Moulana Hospital.
