Named after the great patriot Sri.Kerala Varma Pazhassi Raja, the Martyr who stands unique among the rich array of freedom fighters, and founded by the illustrious leader, social reformer and great educationalist Padmabhooshan Sri.Mannathu Padmanabhan, Pazhassi Raja N.S.S. College had its beginning as a junior College in 1964.
library :The college has a fully automated Central library with a full time librarian and supporting staff.The library has a Central section, a reference section and a section for periodicals.
computer lab: There is a centralized computer lab functioning in the college which caters to the needs of the students from all the departments. The computer center offers certificate course in computer application packages and in DTP for the benefit of our students.
Canteen: The college canteen provides light refreshments and lunch at a reasonable rate.
GIRL'S ROOM: A well furnished retirement room with toilet facilities constructed by PTA ( 2009-10 ) and common room for women funded by UGC add girls fecilities and comforts.
Auditorium & Seminar Hall: The auditorium and seminar hall of the college are well furnished and provide facilities which enable seminar presentation through audio- visual aids. Besides we are also having an open air auditorium.
Hostel Facility
MEN'S HOSTEL:Our college is attached with a Volleyball Sports Hostel; provide accommodation to players and other students. The boarding and lodgings allowance of the players are met by Kerala State Sports Council.
WOMEN'S HOSTEL: Women's Hostel offers accommodation and other facilities for 50 students.
