Transport facilities:five college buses ,van, ply to transport students to the college from various places.
Counselling Service: Everyone has problems at some time in their life and counsellors are available to help at the time of stress.
Dispensary Service: The college has many support services for the benefit of the students. To accomplish anything a sound body is required and to fulfill this, the colleges has a Health Centre, where treatment of any minor illnesses and comprehensive information about health related issue, are provided by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
Conference Hall: Engineering education is an intellectual celebration at SSIT, standing testimony to this is the seminar hall. It has a seating capacity of 500 persons. The guest lectures, project presentations, science exhibitions, paper presentations, etc. are held here.
Cafeteria: The Institute has a well ventilated, pest free and magnificent mess. Gentle and affectionate servers serving nutritious, delicious and wholesome food. Glittering and clean stainless steel utensils are used.
Campus Facilities: The campus is a self-sufficient enclave with black-topped, well-lit roads. Its facilities include a Canteen, STD/ISD pay Phones, Courier Service, a Bookstore for all kinds of Textbooks and Stationery, adjacent facilities of post office and Indian Bank next to copier facilities.,
Standby power generators are provided in the Institute, hostels and the well-maintained gardens.
