Library: Our library subscribes Online Journals, 1700 Transactions and has access to over noted magazine and newspaper articles from international societies. E-Books and E-Journals support the learning and research needs of our students and faculty.
Cafeteria:We have full fledge Canteen run by canteen Contractor that is being used by Students & Staff. The institute has cafeteria with a seating capacity for 200 students.
Bank & ATM: A 24 hours Lakshmi vilas Bank ATM facility is available at the campus for the benefit of the students and faculty members.
Transportation :The College provides its own transportation for students and staff residing outside the campus. The Institute has 17 buses for the benefit of the day scholar students and the staff.
VINAYAGAR TEMPLE: The campus temple at the entrance besides being a place of worship provides a sacred ambience to the institution. Regular pooja is performed and all festivals are celebrated by students and staff.
COMPUTING FACILITY: The Institution offers highly updated computing facilities such as a CAD lab, Micro Processor lab, Simulation lab, Computing lab, etc. The institution has over 1000 personal Computers with various operating systems. Each department has a separate Computer Center.
LANGUAGE LAB: Communication is the key to success and it plays a crucial role in the placement scenario these days. A state of the Art language laboratory, with 60 systems is available for regular access. In order to help our students find a better footing in the job market, software such as Renet and Globarena are installed in the language lab. These software's help students improve the four basic language skills such as Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
CO-OPERATIVE STORE: A Co-operative store is functioning at the campus. All stationery items including note books, record notes, text books, and uniforms etc., are available to the students and faculty members.
MEDICAL FACILITY: A well equipped First Aid Room is available in the campus. In case of an emergency, ambulance is readily available for 24 hours a day.
INTERNET CENTRE: Internet centre is well equipped and provides students with a high speed broadband Wi-Fi connection. A 15 Mbps leased line connection with firewall software caters to the internet facility. The center is open to students on 24 x 7 bases. Additionally students can use the printing, documents scanning and CD copying services.
SEMINAR AND CONFERENCE HALLS: The centrally air conditioned seminar and conference halls facilitate the students as well as faculty to conduct conferences / Workshops / Symposiums and is proved to be an added feature of this institution.
PARKING LOT : Near the entrance of the college a spacious parking lot is available for the students to park their two wheelers and four wheelers. For staff members a separate parking area is available inside the campus.
ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY : The entire campus has a power backup with two 300 KVA heavy capacity generators and hence the whole campus is served and illuminated with power supply all the time.
REPROGRAPHY: Reprography facility is functioning in the campus. The students on paying the specified charges can use the facilities.
PURIFIED DRINKING WATER: Purified drinking water for the college and hostel campus is being provided.
GYMNASIUM: A well equipped 6-multi station gymnasium is available within the campus to promote the physical well-being of the student community. Separate timings are allotted for boys and girls.
Hostel Facility
Hostel accommodation for students ( Separate for Boys and Girls) is provided inside the SVS Campus. There are two hostels for boys and one hostel for girls. The two boy’s hostels have the capacity to accommodate 1000 boys. The girl’s hostel can accommodate 400 girls. Each hostel is provided with modern amenities such as wooden cot, mattress with pillows, individual cupboards etc. An entertainment hall with LCD TV, reading room and indoor game facilities are some of the distinct additions. It also provides communication facilities such as landline telephone and Wi-Fi internet facilities.
