Roever Engineering College is an educational institution run by the St. John Sangam Trust Roever Engineering College was established in 2001 with the sole purpose of providing quality technical education at affordable costs. REC is part of the larger Roever educational family with a specific focus on research-oriented education. It even provides guides to undertake PhD program under Anna University Trichirapalli.

Library: The modern computerized Library has more than Thirty thousand volume of books covering various areas of computer sciences, Life Science and Arts. It has subscriptions of three hundred journals. The Audio-Visual Centre & CD-ROM Workstation has an impressive collection of thousands of video cassettes & CD-ROMs. The Computerized catalogue could be accessed in the library.
Internet Centre: Our college has connected to the internet via 48(1:1) Mbps leased line from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) to provide high speed internet to the students. Our college has a dedicated internet lab working from 08.00 A.M to 08.00 P.M. The internet can be accessed in more than 300 computers. WIFI Enabled campus.Network security is provided through UTM appliances with failover option
Driving School: There is a driving school under the supervision of our Mechanical Engineering department. It arranges driving training of two wheelers and four wheelers for the students and faculties. We arrange driving licence also.
Computer Education: The Institution is having fully equipped Computer Centre with 150 Pentium IV. Beside the Curriculum, Auto CAD, Hardware Servicing & Maintenance, STAD, C, C++, Java Programming, MS-Office 2000, DTP and CNC Training Courses are given in this Centre for all students.
Transport: Twenty Five buses are made available to facilitate the staff and students. The buses are operated from Ariyalur, Pennadam, Thozhudur, Thuraiyur, Veeraganur and Trichy.
Cafeteria: An amiable, hygienic and delicious food courts are available in different parts of the campus.
Financial Assistance: Financial Assistance for Education is provided to deserving students. Please contact Office for further details.
Insurance: All the students are covered under Insurance Policy with Tata AIG.
