Our College is one of the earliest self-financing, non-minority colleges in Tamilnadu started by the RVS Educational Trust in 1985.
It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It offers 7 UG Courses, 7 PG Courses, MBA, MCA and Full time Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. Its main objective is to provide technical education of high standard to the young aspirants in the remote areas of Tamilnadu to pursue engineering education. RVS Educational Trust has widened its horizon from Technical Education to all popular disciplines including Medicine and Agriculture with more than 110 institutions under its fold. The Trust has provided infrastructure of very high quality facilitating the students to comprehend engineering subjects and acquire the required skills for their career.
The College is situated 8 Kms from Dindigul town on the Karur road via Gujiliamparai.
Library: An Automated Central Library that is equipped with huge number of domestic international books, magazines and journals.
Cafeteria: Cafeteria, situated in a spacious building, cools down both staffs and students with soft drinks, enacts them with the hot beverages and relaxes them with snacks and pastries About 800 students staying in boys' hostel within the college campus find their leisure and relaxation even at odd hours at night in the midst of their studies, particularly during exam days at the cafeteria.
