Library:Library is the treasure house opened for academicians, students and academic community. The central library of NCE is well established with air conditioned facilities and has a large collection of books covering various branches of Engineering and Technology, Science and Humanities and related fields.
Central Computing:NCE has an air-conditioned central computing centre which has 100 latest configuration computers in 300 square meter area with 8 Mbps internet connectivity. Students can make use of this facility during the breaks and after working hours for browsing the internet and for their computer needs. E-Books, E-journals and other resources can also be accessed by the students here. Staff members can also use the centre for any of their academic purposes.
Internet: An exclusive internet lab is available in the college with 60 computers with internet connectivity of 8 Mbps (Contention ratio 1:1) for the benefit of students and staff members.
Cafeteria: NCE has a canteen with the seating capacity of 60, for the benefit of students, staff and visitors.The canteen offers hygienic snacks and food. RO purified water is also available in the canteen for the users. A departmental store is also attached with the canteen for the welfare of students and staff members.
Health Care: The college always pays special attention to the health of its students and staff.Hence it has a medical centre with a qualified visiting doctor to handle the emergency situations.An exclusive vehicle with necessary first aid facilities and a driver is also made available in the campus round the clock to take the needy persons to Tirunelveli in an emergency.
Transport: The full fledged Transport department functions in college with buses to provide transport facility to students and staff from various places. There are fifteen college buses which ply through the Tirunelveli city and nearby places to the campus.
Prayer Hall: An Islamic study centre is functioning in our campus to cherish and enhance spiritual values of life based on the teachings of Islam to Muslim students. There is a spacious Mosque (Prayer Hall) inside the campus where prayers are performed five times a day and Friday Jumma Prayer.
ATM: An Indian Bank ATM facility is available inside the campus for the benefit of students, staff and public on 24×7 to do all sorts of banking transactions.
Guest House: To facilitate the staying of chief guest, expert members, visiting faculty, etc., there is a guest house inside the campus.
 
 Hostel Facility
A hostel has to simulate home conditions to the maximum extent possible. With the intention of providing the students with their studies in comfort, separate hostels for boys and girls with cozy and aesthetically designed rooms and round-the-clock security are provided within the campus. Dining halls, common study halls and prayer halls are provided within the campus. Wardens and trained staff supervise the inmates.
