Wavoo Wajeeha Women’s College, founded in the year 2006 by Alhaj. Wavoo.S.Seyed Abdur Rahman under Wavoo SAR Educational Trust is dedicated to the development of women in rural area and more specifically of the Muslim women, through providing them with a kind of education which helps them become morally upright, culturally enriched , socially responsible, intellectually sound and technically competent. This process is expected to bring in new meaning to the lives of the women, new dimension to the values of education and new direction to the journey of life.
College Library:he books which number around 7000 are culled from wide ranging subjects of academic interests with nearly 22 current journals and 30 magazines both in English and in Tamil.

The college management offers hostel facilities to the interested students in a temporary building at Kayalpatnam.
