Sree Muthukumaraswamy College

SREE MUTHUKUMARASWAMY COLLEGE was started in 1997-1998 with a view of providing higher education for the children of the economically backward areas of North Madras. The main inspiration for the starting of the college came from Dr. P. Balasubramaniam. The college has grown from strength to strength & has on its roll 900. The institution is Co-educational though women students account for 60% of the strength.

Library: The library has more than 75k volumes (including those in the Department Libraries) of books. The library also subscribes about 25 Indian and foreign journals.
