SLN College of Arts and Commerce was started in the year 1966 with a view to provide accessibility to higher education to the aspiring students for higher education. SLN College of Arts and Commerce provides admission facility to students without discriminating anybody on the lines of caste, creed, community, gender or economic strata to which they belong. Though students come with a very poor quality during the intake, often the students feel empowered when they leave the portals of the institution through quality education and a host of activities aimed at chiseling a holistic personality in each student. B.Sc and BBM Courses were started during the course of time. In continuing the visionary zeal of the donor , who had started providing training to students in carpentry, weaving, bamboo knitting etc, the Charities for many years has successfully managed a Polytechnic College.
