The K.I.E.T governing council started this KIET College of Education is recognized by Karnataka State Government and NCTE SRC Bangalore in 2004. The main thrust of the governing council is to help the poor students and the children of Scio- economically backward class people.
Library: In view of the hard work and effort expected to be put in by the students of the program, provision has been made to have a well equipped college library.
Laboratory : KIET has best of laboratory facilities, Latest and best available equipment and computer facilities are provided to the students, Experimentation and observation, the basis of scientific study, will be facilitated in the labs, students will be able to co-relate previously learned theory with practical analysis.
Hostel Facility
Separate secure hostels are available for boys and girls. The institute issues from time norms & standards for students� behavior, violation of which severely punished according to the laid sown guidelines. All the hostels are provided with round the clock security.
