Gold Field College of Education was established during the year 1974 and is being run by Subhashini Education Trust, Bangarpet, Kolar Dist. The trust has dedicated members as its trustee and Professor K. J. Kale Gowda is the managing Trustee, who is dynamic, active and enthusiastic. He has been striving hard to build up the institution on sound lines. The college is functioning from its own building situated in a 2 acre plot in calm & serene atmosphere. The college has been furnished with sophisticated Science, Computer Technology.
