Government First Grade College, Hullahalli, was established in July, 2007. Since then hundreds of students have successfully passed out from the college and trying to attain eminent positions in the social mainstream. Starting with a meager roll of 05 odd students in 2007, the institution has presently 278 students on its roll with 175 girl students alone.

'SAHAKARI' - Mid-day Meal Program :Funded and supported by the college faculty enables over 100 students who come from BPL families to have free mid-day meals.
