Sarada Vilas College, located in the heart of the beautiful and heritage city of Mysore, was established in the year 1945 as an Intermediate college. Seven years later, it was upgraded as a Degree college. During its long and purposeful journey, it has consistently offered quality education in pure science and has produced innumerable number of graduates who have achieved success in various fields. It now offers eight combinations encompassing physical as well as natural science, all leading to the B.Sc. degree.
College Library: College Library has an excellent collection of books on all subjects. it subscribes to a number of journals and magazines, and has a good collection of CDs, DVDs and Audio Cassettes. As a supplement to the College Library, all the departments have their own libraries to help the students.
