Our College is situated in the midist of this picturesque location.The college is established in the year 1984 vide G.O.Ms.No 509 Edu (J) department dt.28-11-84 with B.A and B.Com Courses. The college was temporarily located in the local government junior college and continued there till 1989. The college committee purchased 15 acres of land from MANSAS TRUST, VIZIANAGARAM at the foot hills of famous Punyagiri temple. It is 2.5 Kms from Srungavarapukota village. The committee constructed seven room building in two blocks. In due course more accommodation is added paving the way for class work in single shift. The college got admitted into 2(f) and 12(B) during the year 1991 and since then receiving grants under plan assistance.
