The College was established in the year 1987. The college was named after eminent social reformer, educationalist and modern age poet Sri Gurajada Apparao. The college is catering to the educational needs of rural students in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh. It is a Co-educational college offering under graduate courses with total student strength of 531. At present, the college has 21 regular faculty members. The college is offering 05 undergraduate courses.
Library: The library collection consists of reference books, periodicals, journals, encyclopedias, daily news papers, magazines, career oriented magazines etc.
