Mandava Institute of Engineering and Technology is one of the best Private Engineering colleges in Jaggayyapet set up with the objective of making available facilities for higher education, research and training in various fields of Engineering and Technology in the Krishna district as well as the whole Andhra Pradesh & other states.
The Mandava Institute of Engineering and Technology stands in high feather for being the first Engineering College in Jaggayyapet. The first session 2007-08 of B.Tech. four year degree course was started with Four (4) branches, EEE, ECE, CSE & IT. Two new braches CIVIL, MECHANICAL are introduced in the later years, The initial intake is 60 students in each branch.
Central Library:Book Bank- The Library has Book Bank facility for all and SC/ST students. The Books from the Book Bank are issued for the whole semester and every semester. Student members can borrow books for whole semester and are lent up to 5 days from the Book Bank. Apart the General Book Bank, there is a separate SC/ST Book Bank books supplied by the Social Welfare Department.
Canteen: variety of hygienic food & snack items which includes Cakes, Fresh Juices, Chinese Food, Meals, Variety Rice, Ice Creams, etc are served at a nominal rate. It is mainly used by the students and staff. Separate/ common rooms for boys and girls and staff are available.
Campus Wide Internet: The whole campus, including classrooms, student hostels, teaching blocks, academic and administrative buildings, are connected to the Internet & Intranet via high-speed Gigabit Ethernet links. Connections within the campus network are via high speed 1Gigabit or Gigabit Ethernet links.
Bus Facility: The college owns Four 60 seated busses. There is bus pass issued to all those students who are staying in different parts of the city and want to avail the bus facility for to & fro attending college regularly.
Hostel Facility
Mandava Institute of Engineering and Technology Boys’ Hostels provide accommodation to about two hundred students.
