Jangaon Educational Society, by appreciating the need to prepare teachers of high competencies with a sense of social commitment, initiated Jangaon College of Education in Rural vicinity, at Jangaon, District Warangal, Andhra Pradesh in the Year 2002-2003.Jangaon College of Education is established with a view to provide qualitative education and service activities in this part of Warangal Dist. This college is initiated by well educated and highly qualified persons.The college is affiliated to the KAKATIYA UNIVERSITY, Warangal and also recognized by N.C.T.E., New Delhi. The college is located in Siddipet Road in a peaceful atmosphere with spacious play ground in beautiful environment.
Library : The college has good Library with 4500 books belonging to Education, Languages, Science, Mathematics, Social, Science, Computer and Educational Technology. The library is equipped with day to day literature and also quite a number of journals , periodicals, dictionaries & encyclopedias.
Seminar Hall: The college has a seminar hall which adds to the prestige of the college. The seminar hall is rectangular in shape with a Dias on one side which can accommodate about 100 members at a time, The seminar hall is equipped with audio system which will enable to conduct extension lecturers, seminars, discussions, work shops, training programmes, and also suitable for celebrating college functions.
Hostel Facility
There is a Pvt. Hostel located adjacent to the college which provides the boarding and mess facility to female teacher trainees. Nearly 20 students are served to this Hostel.
