The Auroras Design Academy at Bandlaguda, Hyderabad, is one of the many premier institutions of the Aurora’s group of colleges. Spread across a vast area of about 5 acres, with 4,300 sq.m of built up space and 3,200 sq.m of open area, the environs here are most suited to an enriching learning experience.
Library:The library boasts of a huge collection of national and international journals, popular and technical magazines on higher education. The E library section is equipped with ten computers with network connectivity. The Library software New Gen Lib and Del Plus are in use for monitoring and tracking system in use. Online International journals like Delnet, JPER, Vernacular Architecture and Planning Theory are subscribed for reference.
Workshop & Model making centre: Three dimensional models are integral to the practice of architecture. The workshop and model making centre will train students in the art of model development for use in architectural and planning studio assignments.
Construction Yard: Construction techniques and building material applications shall be tested at the construction yard thus rendering learning among students more enriching and providing conducive environment to work on practical solutions to real-world problems.
Art Studio: Art in all forms visualise our culture and reflect our society. The art studio is planned as a platform through which students are encouraged to connect with society through art in both two and three dimensional forms.
Transportation: ADA provides to and fro transportation facilities to local residents. We have our own fleet of buses that ply over pre-disclosed routes within Hyderabad. Students staying in Hostel may avail shuttle services for commuting between the institution and the city.
Sports Facilities: ADA aims at overall personality development of students. Outdoor games like Basket ball and Badminton courts along with indoor games facilities like chess, caroms and Table Tennis are available for students.
Hostel Facility
ADA offers separate hostel facilities for Boys and Girls. Each hostel has spacious single and sharing accommodation with well furnished rooms with television, telephone, internet connectivity, water purifier and a host of popular indoor and outdoor games/sport. The hostels also have in-house dining facilities offering a range of national cuisine.
