Ashoka School of Planning and Architecture aspires to give vigorous hands-on program interweaving holistic pedagogy brought to students by some of the finest faculty members in the industry. The program will intend to make pragmatic architects out of raw talent of students who are full of energy and ready to travel an extra mile to understand the architecture in right mix of realistic and imagination to give logical conclusion to wildest of their ideas. It’s about building technocrats who know how to take the traditional pool of knowledge of building industry to new level.
Library: ASHOKA’S library is a new era of excellence in education, located in 4000 sq.ft of area and provides excellent study and research facilities to the students, research scholars and faculty members of the college, our library is equipped with over 25,000 volumes of books. Digital library faculty with multimedia systems, 10 daily news papers and 16 weekly/monthly Magazines, periodicals having access to and international journals and other research material, CD’S covering all aspects of academic studies and research materials.
Computer Centers: The computer facility in the Ashoka School of Planning and Architecture is used by students and faculty for education, research, and public service activities. The facility includes graphics and printer terminals, as well as a number of microcomputers.
Digital Classroom: All of the classrooms at the School have a School workstation installed with all of the school’s software and are setup to display digital content via an 80” or larger LCD screen or via an HD projector. Each classroom is outfitted with an HDMI laptop cable to directly connect an HDMI equipped laptop. In addition each classroom is setup to wirelessly send your laptop, tablet, or smartphone screen directly to the LCD monitor or projector.
Auditorium & Seminar Hall: One Seminar Hall seating capacity of 200 and 3 Lecture Halls with seating capacity of 40 students each with Audio visual facilities.
Cafeteria: Canteen is not just the place where you go to eat. Especially in colleges and institutes of education this place is an open arena for debate, argumentative sessions on different issues, cracking gossips, kidding and having loads of fun with cutlets, burgers, tea, coffee and coke in between as gap fillers.
Hostel Facility
ASHOKA College has separate hostels for boys and girls each with all modern facilities, for boarding and other recreational activities. The hostels have their own mess to provide good and hygienic food to the students. Hostel accommodation will be provided on a first come first served basis.
