Pushpanjali College of Education, Vasai, Maharashtra was established in 1990. The college is permanently affiliated to University of Mumbai. In 2011, the college was reaccredited by NAAC with ‘A’ grade and a CGPA of 3.29. The college has 12B and 2f status accorded by UGC and is recognized by NCTE. It is an unaided college with Christian Minority status. The medium of instruction is English.
Library: The spacious library with seating arrangement for fifty students is well books, encyclopedias, CDs, magazines, reference books and research theses. Computers, photocopying and internet facilities are available. Separate reading rooms available for research students.
Art and Craft Resource Centre: The Art and Craft Resource Centre is used for SUPW Workshops. Essential items such as colouring material, various kinds of art paper, geometrical boxes, knife, cutter and other tools, Design Blocks, Flower making material and relevant Art books are available. There is storage space to display the products.
Curriculum Laboratory: The Curriculum Laboratory has resources for various pedagogies that are offered in the college. Teaching aids for various subjects, learning resources, syllabi of different boards, books, lesson plans, CDs, videos, Self Learning Material are available .
Physical Education Resource Centre: Facilities for indoor games are provided in the college premises. The college has two playgrounds for conducting outdoor games and sports. Equipment available includes cricket set, football, dumbbells, lezim, drum, shotput. Carrom board and chess boards are available for indoor games.
