This Law college is the first Law college in the Phaltan Taluka. The Law College was founded by Late Barriester Raja S. Bhonsale. The college strated functioning in June 1991 i.e. form the academic year 1991-1992 with Three Year LL.B. Course on a no grant basis. In 2008, the College has been shifted to it's spacious own building in the heart of the city. The Law college provides two courses namely, the Three Year Law Course and the Five Year Law Course.
Library: The institution has a well equipped library with huge collection of books.
