The B. P. National Institute of Social Work is established by Citizen Society in 1968 and is conducting B.S.W. and M.S.W. courses. This is a NAAC accredited B+ Grade institution affiliated to R.T.M. Nagpur University and recognized by Government of Maharashtra. The Citizen Education Society which was established in 1955 by Late Ishwarbabu Deshmukh has to its credit one of the batches of MSW course.

Library: The Institute has well equipped library whuch receives important professional journals and has about 13888 books of relevance to the profession of social work. the library has independent reading room facility for the students and staff separately. The library subscribes to 22 research journals and 11 news papers. It has a separate reading room with adequate furniture.
Health Center: The Health Center of the college is managed by the qualified medical Practitioner with the help of the supporting staff of the college. This center provides health services like general medical check-up of the students, members of the teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.
