Musaliar College of Engineering is a prominent institution under the renowned Musaliar Education Trust. The Musaliar Education Trust which is a charitable trust was founded in the year 2011 by a group of well settled educationalists and technocrats having vast experience in the educational and technical fields. The College is comfortably located in a sprawling campus within the town limits of Chirayinkeezh.
The Library has a collection of current awareness and general knowledge related materials from newspapers, periodicals and magazines for members to access. These documents can be referred by students for collecting information regarding higher studies, competitive exams etc.The Central Library has a rich collection of latest materials like books (42000 volumes), print (160) and online journals, standards, seminar and conference proceedings and CD-ROMs. It has a special collection of rare books of engineering and basic sciences .The Central Library is complement with different department libraries which contain the core collection required by the concerned department
