Regional College of Bio-Engineering & Management in the 2004, it started functioning in June 2005. The objective was to educate the community and bring empowerment to the population who are neglected, secluded & exploited. The purpose was to make them agents of change. The task was to bring privilege to the unprivileged sections of the rural sector. The Regional College of Bio-Engineering & Management (REBEM) has subsequently been merged with PJ College of Management & Technology (PJCMT).
