Department of Forestry was established in 1986 with ICAR support. Intake into B. Sc. (Forestry) 4 year degree course started in 1987 with 16 students. 29th batch enrolled in 2015 with students intake of 48. The Department of Forestry is upgraded into College of Forestry in 2010 with 5 depts.
